About this role

We are looking for a driven IT Project Manager to help us deliver strategic business initiatives. As part of the IT team, you will partner with key stakeholders across the business through the definition, execution and delivery of projects.  You will gather requirements and ensure the objectives are clear in the planning process.  The projects will impact many parts of the overall organization and require excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

What you will do

  • Work with business systems users to identify and document current business processes and systems and their shortcomings
  • Build process and systems specifications for identified gaps
  • Coordinate project plans, budgets and timelines for development projects
  • Find, contract for, and manage appropriate development resources (internal or external) to provide required system improvements
  • Develop, maintain and communicate detailed project plans, timelines and budgets to developers, users, and management
  • Identify and address risks to project timelines and resources
  • Create test plans and manage the testing process among project stakeholders
  • Build, maintain and disseminate documentation of OR's systems and processes

Does it look like you?

  • BA/BS degree with a business operations, systems, or engineering emphasis required
  • Three plus years experience supporting business software users and managing software implementations/upgrades
  • Experience in an SAP environment preferred (SD, MM, FI, WH and/or BI)
  • Experience using help desk ticketing and collaboration software, project management software
  • Must be able to communicate easily and clearly in English (written and verbal)
  • Must be able to legally work for any employer in the United States of America
